Temporary Road Closure – A257 High Street, Littlebourne – 7th August 2021.
Kent County Council has made an Order to temporarily prohibit through traffic on A257 High Street, Littlebourne from 7th August 2021 at 04:00, with estimated completion by 9th August 2021 at 06:00.
The road will be closed in the general vicinity of The Anchor Inn, to the extent indicated by signs and barriers on site.
The alternative route for any through traffic is via A257 Wingham Road, Canterbury Road, B2046 High Street, Adisham Road, A260 Box Iron Road, Old Dover Road, A2 Dover Road, Dover Road Slip West Off, A2050 Dover Road, New Dover Road, A257 Lower Chantry Road, Longport, St Martin’s Hill, Littlebourne Road, Canterbury Road, The Hill, High Street and vice versa.
The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while road crossing and joint bay works are undertaken by UK Power Networks.
