The Parish Council has received this email from the Canterbury City Council Principal Planning Officer in response to a query about the status:
We understand that the landowner has now gone beyond the 56 days allowed as a temporary use of the land during 2021. We have contacted the landowner to advise them that the use now taking place is unlawful and to seek a planning application to regularise this matter. They have advised that they are preparing an application for submission. If an application is not forthcoming then we will consider whether formal enforcement action will be appropriate to resolve this matter. We will keep you updated on our investigation.
