Welcome back!
Wickhambreaux village hall wishes to welcome back the public after the tough restrictions it had to impose during the Covid pandemic.
It is offering several free lettings – to anyone – as a thank you for being patient.
The hall is available most evenings and weekends and bids are being sought from those wishing to have a free let – or lets – between now and Christmas 2021. It is also available during the day when the school is on holiday.
It might be for private use (such as a birthday party); a charity event; a music evening; classes (such as dance, yoga new language) or a start up club or society. In fact, any and every idea will be looked at by the hall committee as a potential “welcome back” free event. You don’t have to have been a hall hirer in the past. The Committee will have the final say.
The hall can accommodate between 70 and 120 people (depending on the type of event), has a kitchen, toilets, a stage, a digital projector and screen and WIFI. You are welcome to run a free event or charge admission. Users will be covered by the hall’s insurance.

Applications for a free use should be emailed to Tracy. The cut off date to apply is the end of August 2021. Just say who you are and what you wish to do, when, and add a contact name, number and email.
