Wickhambreaux Parish Council meetings are normally held on the third Tuesday evening of each month in the Village Hall, except August and December when there is no meeting. All residents and members of the public are welcome to attend. As per the Parish Council’s Standing Orders, residents have five minutes to speak should anybody wish to convey their opinion to councillors on any items on the agenda. This is to ensure that everybody has the opportunity to speak and business can be conducted in a timely manner.
This meeting is dependent on the Covid-19 advice in place at the time of the meeting. To minimise risk, the Parish Council encourages you to submit a written representation of your views rather than attending in person and this will be read out on your behalf and taken into consideration. If you wish to attend the meeting, the Parish Council requests that you wear a face mask/covering unless exempt and you sanitise your hands upon arrival (in line with government guidelines at the time of issuing the agenda). Spare face masks will be available if required.
