The Parish Council Finance Committee will be meeting on 03rd November 2026 at 5.30pm in Wickhambreaux Village Hall.
The primary purpose of this meeting is to discuss budget requirements for 2027-2028 in order to make a recommendation to Full Council on 17th November 2026. No final decisions will be made at this committee meeting. Items on the agenda are as follows:
- The Chairman’s opening remarks and apologies for absence.
- TO DISCUSS and CONSIDER The Frank Montgomery Playing Field Trust funding proposal, including public consultation and future precept arrangements
- Confidential Item – Public and Press to be excluded from the meeting
- TO DISCUSS and CONSIDER level of earmarked reserves for 2027-2028 to make a recommendation to Full Council on 17 November 2026
- TO DISCUSS and CONSIDER precept and budget requirement for 2027-2028 to make a recommendation Full Council on 17 November 2026
All residents and members of the public are welcome to attend, however you will be asked to leave during the confidential item (Item 3). You will be invited back into the meeting on the conclusion of this item to hear the outcome of discussions, as well as the remaining items on the agenda.
