We are working with a company (Bag2School) that specialises working with charities, churches and schools in the reuse and recycling of good quality secondhand clothing and they have arranged to make a collection from our church. All the bags will be weighed, and the church will be paid for the total weight collected helping us raise funds after a difficult year due to COVID-19.
What are we collecting? Good quality items for RE-USE: Men’s, ladies’ & children’s clothing, paired shoes, handbags, belts & accessories. (No uniforms, workwear, pillows, duvets or pieces of fabric please).
How? Just fill up as many bags as you can, the more you donate, the money we raise. All bags will be recycled after use.
Where? You can either drop your bags off in the porch at St. Andrew’s Church or we can come and collect if you are unable (To arrange collection please contact Caroline on 720328 or 07432 726273.
When? St Andrew’s Church is open on Wednesdays and Sundays 10am -4pm
The deadline for donations is 2nd March 2021
